Pink Cookie Girl, Erin, is a NY native with a love for baking and celebrating events. Erin has always loved to bake and starting making sourdough bread in 2024. In 2025, she taught herself how to make custom cookies, and Pink Cookie Girl was born. Erin loves the color pink, cats and taxidermy.
